Moojin Park

Moojin Park is a JD/MBA candidate with a focus on business law, currently interning at The Basil Group P.C. He supports the firm by drafting motions, conducting legal research, and assisting with client matters. Moojin brings a strong foundation in both legal analysis and business strategy, having worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Law and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. His past work includes analyzing the legal reasoning behind the adoption of the CISG in contrast to its application by U.S. federal courts, as well as investigating how lawsuits have influenced the business models of nursing homes in Maryland over the decades. He is also fluent in both English and Korean.

Moojin earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor and MBA through a joint program between the University of Maryland School of Law and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
