Our Attorneys
DIRECTOR
Robert Basil is the founding member of The Basil Law Group, and has been a licensed attorney since 1988. He has been practicing in New York City since 2003. He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, and holds an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, as well as a M.B.A. in Business Management from Fordham Graduate School of Business.
DIRECTOR
David Cohen joined The Basil Law Group, P.C. in January 2016. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Mr. Cohen’s practice areas include labor and employment law as well as complex and class action litigation.

Jerry J. Kim joined The Basil Law Group, P.C. in February 2014 as Of Counsel, while also maintaining his own practice located in mid-town Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Kim earned his bachelor’s degree at New York University and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers in 1988.

Neil Grossman graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995, where he served as an editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Since then, he has developed practice concentrations focusing primarily on commercial litigation and employment law. He maintains active practices in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, and has appeared pro hac vice in the courts of other jurisdictions.

Sean Collier has been an Of Counsel attorney with The Basil Law Group since 2019, while also practicing within his own firm based in Central New Jersey. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Boston College and earned his law degree from Boston College Law School.

Dan is a U.S. patent attorney that practices in all aspects of domestic and foreign intellectual property. Dan has extensive experience in both domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution as well as registration of copyrights.
