Neil Grossman
Neil Grossman graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995, where he served as an editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Since then, he has developed practice concentrations focusing primarily on commercial litigation and employment law. He maintains active practices in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, and has appeared pro hac vice in the courts of other jurisdictions. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Before beginning his career as an attorney, Mr. Grossman worked for law firms in a variety of paralegal and support positions. He has been employed in the legal industry for nearly 40 years and is experienced in defending and prosecuting the interests of his clients in multiple situations. In addition to holding the position as Of Counsel to The Basil Law Group, Mr. Grossman has been a member of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC for over twenty years.
Mr. Grossman’s representations over the years have primarily involved disputes between businesses and disputes between businesses and their employees. His clients have included companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations, as well as individuals. He tries to resolve disputes without resort to litigation where possible, and represents his clients in litigation, mediation and arbitration, as appropriate, where settlement efforts prove unsuccessful.
